About the Presenter

Leadership Coach | Organization Development Consultant | Culture Strategist

Sheila is a coach and OD consultant who helps leaders grow in ways that positively impact both team performance and organizational outcomes. She’s a dot-connector and meaning-maker who helps leaders and teams make sense of the complex. Sheila works at the intersection of talent development, culture, and organizational alignment—where deep transformation happens. She brings a systems lens and a coaching mindset to help individuals grow, teams thrive, and organizations adapt and perform.

Sheila is a trusted advisor and coach who supports the mindsets, skillsets, and alignment needed to enable meaningful relationships, work experiences, and organizational impact. She bridges the big picture and the day-to-day details—translating strategy into observable behaviors, effective systems, and a healthy culture across the employee lifecycle.

She creates spaces where leaders can listen more deeply, speak more courageously, and act with greater clarity and purpose. Whether it’s helping someone navigate transition, develop their leadership identity, or engage more effectively with others, she brings curiosity, challenge, and support. Her clients describe her as calm, insightful, and someone who shortens the path between awareness and meaningful behavior change.

How Sheila does this work:

  • One-on-one and team coaching
  • Organizational assessments and diagnostics
  • Culture and strategy alignment, focused on building clarity, alignment, belonging, and behavior change
  • Learning design grounded in experiential and developmental principles
  • Leadership and team retreats
  • Talent strategy and workforce development consulting
