Lisa is a Supervisor of Workforce Development at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota, where she helps connect people to meaningful employment and career pathways. With a career spanning public affairs, marketing and communications, and leadership roles in both the private and public sectors, she brings a strategic and empathetic lens to every initiative she leads.
Prior to her current role, she held key positions at two Twin Cities-based companies, where she specialized in people and project leadership, and also served in government, advocating for inclusive policies and community engagement. Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace—she’s been a dedicated board member of the St. Louis Park Emergency Program (STEP) for eight years, including a term as board chair, helping to strengthen the safety net for local families.
She holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and is a long-time resident of St. Louis Park, where she lives with her husband, their college-aged daughter (who drops by whenever she can), and a bunny who’s also enjoying the college lifestyle in spirit.
