Sheila is a coach and OD consultant who helps leaders grow in ways that positively impact both team performance and organizational outcomes. She’s a dot-connector and meaning-maker who helps leaders and teams make sense of the complex. Sheila works at the intersection of talent development, culture, and organizational alignment. She brings a systems lens and a coaching mindset to help individuals grow, teams thrive, and organizations adapt and perform. Sheila is a trusted advisor and coach who supports the mindsets, skillsets, and alignment needed to enable meaningful relationships, work experiences, and organizational impact. She bridges the big picture and the day-to-day details, translating strategy into observable behaviors, effective systems, and a healthy culture across the employee lifecycle. She creates spaces where leaders can listen more deeply, speak more courageously, and act with greater clarity and purpose. Whether it’s helping someone navigate transition, develop their leadership identity, or engage more effectively with others, she brings curiosity, challenge, and support. Her clients describe her as calm, insightful, and someone who shortens the path between awareness and meaningful behavior change.
Sheila has a Master’s in Human Resources and Change Leadership, with an emphasis on Organization Development and Human Resource Development and draws on a robust foundation of coach training, assessment certifications, and cross-industry experience to support the human side of change. She’s certified in a range of coaching frameworks and tools, including The Leadership Circle Profile and BRITE, Hogan, EQ-i 2.0, Immunity to Change, Conversational Intelligence®, the Judgment Index, and more. Sheila has completed advanced coaching coursework with organizations such as Coaches Rising, Coaching.com (formerly WBECS), Conner Academy, and the NeuroLeadership Institute, and is continuing her credentialing through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Sheila is a lifelong learner, dedicated to growing leadership capacity, strengthening teams, and building healthier, more purposeful workplaces. Her professional memberships include the International Coach Federation, Center for Coaching in Organizations, Minnesota Organizational Development Network, Twin Cities OD Network, Center for Purposeful Leadership, and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Ultimately, Sheila believes that when we align people, purpose, and possibility—real transformation is not only possible, but sustainable.
Melissa is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in project and interim roles, specializing in for-profit, small to mid-sized companies. She began her HR career in Phoenix, Arizona, working in the rental car industry, and later transitioned to radio and communications. After moving back to Minnesota, she discovered her passion for HR consulting.
Since joining Vantage Career Services in 2024, Melissa has excelled in guiding clients through career transitions, offering resume updates, LinkedIn optimization, and emotional support. She regularly leads workshops and enjoys walking with clients through their career journeys. As a member of HR executive Forum, and a past volunteer board member of Twin Cities SHRM for over 5 years, Melissa loves supporting the local HR community. She holds the SHRM – SCP (Sr. Certified Professional) designation.
Melissa holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Lutheran University. She has also completed coursework for a Narrative Coach Practitioner Certification through Learning Journeys, The International Center of Coaching.
