Jill is skilled in relationship building and holding space for sensitive conversations. She will strategically work with individuals and groups to co-create improved outcomes and goal attainment resulting in measurable individual and organizational success. She brings over 30 years of experience as a career development practitioner, organizational development specialist, trainer, and now as a life coach to inspire others to consciously design their careers and their lives as they discover their true potential. Her background also includes work in leadership development and senior college administration.
Jill’s educational background includes a master’s degree in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, with concentrations in Organizational Development and Business Administration. She is a graduate of two life coaching organizations, including the Co-Active Training Institute and Learning Journey’s International where she obtained certification as a Narrative Life Coach.
Melissa is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in project and interim roles, specializing in for-profit, small to mid-sized companies. She began her HR career in Phoenix, Arizona, working in the rental car industry, and later transitioned to radio and communications. After moving back to Minnesota, she discovered her passion for HR consulting.
Since joining Vantage Career Services in 2024, Melissa has excelled in guiding clients through career transitions, offering resume updates, LinkedIn optimization, and emotional support. She regularly leads workshops and enjoys walking with clients through their career journeys. As a member of HR Executive Forum, and a past volunteer board member of Twin Cities SHRM for over 5 years, Melissa loves supporting the local HR community. She holds the SHRM – SCP (Sr. Certified Professional) designation.
Melissa holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Lutheran University. She has also completed coursework for a Narrative Coach Practitioner Certification through Learning Journeys, The International Center of Coaching.
