About the Presenter

John Puchtel has over 25 years of recruiting experience. He has been successful placing exceptional candidates in the medical device, engineering, transportation and manufacturing industries. In his spare time, he enjoys working with people searching for work with resume writing, interview prep and networking.

Renee Robideau is an international Human Resources professional with thirty years of experience focused on global talent acquisition and global mobility.  She has developed innovative & thoughtful global programs to accommodate agile business requirements.  She has a track record for collaborating effectively across organizational stakeholders to achieve desired business and employee focused results.  Presently with Land O’ Lakes, she is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.   

Lynda Whittemore is a talent acquisition leader with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming recruiting functions across multi site, mid size organizations in manufacturing, retail, professional services, and consumer environments. She is known for elevating hiring from a transactional process to a trusted strategic partnership, bringing deep expertise in end to end recruiting, recruitment marketing, employer branding, process improvement, and data driven decision making. Her leadership style blends big picture strategy with hands on execution, creating teams and systems that perform with clarity and consistency.
Lynda believes that when companies hire with intention they build more than teams. They strengthen culture, improve performance, and reinforce the brand experience for both candidates and employees. She has a strong track record of designing hiring strategies that scale with the business, developing high performing recruiting teams, and shaping employer brands that attract and retain the right people.
In recent years, Lynda has focused on how technology and AI can streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and create more efficient and equitable hiring processes. She is passionate about using tools that enhance the candidate experience while giving recruiters more time to focus on what matters most: building relationships, understanding the needs of the business, and identifying the talent that will drive long term success. Her approach is grounded in operational reality, ensuring that every solution is both strategic and practical, and built to last.
