Melissa is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in project and interim roles, specializing in for-profit, small to mid-sized companies. She began her HR career in Phoenix, Arizona, working in the rental car industry, and later transitioned to radio and communications. After moving back to Minnesota, she discovered her passion for HR consulting.
Since joining Vantage Career Services in 2024, Melissa has excelled in guiding clients through career transitions, offering resume updates, LinkedIn optimization, and emotional support. She regularly leads workshops and enjoys walking with clients through their career journeys.
