The Vantage name isn’t new for us. Vantage has been part of our story for over five years, representing our high-touch executive career services.
While many of our clients have already experienced the impact of our executive career coaching, onboarding, assessment, and transition programs under the Vantage label, the time has come to bring both brands together. This alignment allows us to better showcase the full scope of what we offer—and ensure that every client understands the depth of our expertise.

Our former name—CPI Twin Cities—has served us well for many years, but it didn’t fully represent the breadth of services we offer. Vantage has grown quietly but powerfully behind the scenes, especially in executive services. With this rebrand, we’re putting that work front and center while continuing our commitment to career coaching, outplacement, and leadership development.
